What you'll be working on:

• Providing a broad range of care for patients of all ages, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits.
• Managing a clinic patient volume of approximately 18-22 patients per day.
• Utilizing your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Requirements:

• MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program recognized by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• At least 2 years' experience in family practice preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse License.
• Arizona Advanced Practice License as a Family Practice or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona Prescribing & Dispensing License.
• Current, unrestricted Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the DEA.
• Active privileges approved by the NCCH Medical Staff.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification or ACLS Certification (American Heart Association).
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems for patient documentation and ordering.
