- Current, unencumbered Indiana license.
- Preferred two years of experience in acute or sub-acute care setting.
- Evaluation and management of clients with multiple medically complex health conditions.
- Ability to function autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
- Collaborates with facility personnel to ensure multi-disciplinary approach.
- Maintains positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
Infectious Disease Solutions have extensive experience with infectious diseases in skilled nursing facilities settings. Our board-certified , nurse practitioners, and pharmacists work closely with both patients and skilled nursing facilities care team to formulate the best treatment plan for all patients. IDS providers use only up-to-date, evidence-based guidelines during treatment.
We partner with your providers and advise on all skilled nursing facilities inpatients’ infectious disease concerns.
