Overview
We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho‑social services supporting 600 long‑term care facilities across multiple states, with expanding opportunities.
Position(s)Immediate openings are available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing or interested in geriatric psychiatry in Bloomington, IL.
Hours & ScheduleThis position can be full‑time or part‑time, offering flexible hours, daytime shifts (Monday‑Friday), no weekends or on‑call, and more 1:1 patient interaction with a dedicated practice manager and interdisciplinary team.
QualificationsQualifications include an accredited NP or PA degree, valid license and DEA#, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of mental health care delivery. Preferred experience includes 1+ years working with geriatric populations and Medicare standards.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities involve evaluating, diagnosing, and treating primarily geriatric patients in various long‑term care settings, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other disciplines.
Note:
psychological therapy is not included.
Benefits include full or partial benefits, 401(k), and flexible scheduling. Pay starts at $55/hour. This is a full‑time or part‑time role with on‑the‑road work.
