We are hiring for an 5‑year‑old female patient requiring ventilator and G‑tube support. The role is for Monday and Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm in Chicago, IL. The agency specializes in long‑term 1‑on‑1 private‑duty nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients on g‑tubes, trachs, and vents. Licensed nurses who want to make a difference are encouraged to apply. Training is available for pediatrics, home health, and various skills.

Responsibilities include:

Benefits package includes flexible hours/scheduling for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN shifts (8, 10, 12 or 16 hours of your choice). Differentials and additional pay may apply.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care as RN / LPN.
• Valid CPR card.
• Comfortable caring for pediatric patients; experience considered but not required.

Job types: full‑time, part‑time, PRN. Pay: $36.00–$47.00 per hour.
