Where You Will WorkThis is the largest medical surgical unit with a focused population of Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and General Surgery. The unit provides a team‑focused, collaborative environment and offers opportunities for advanced assessment skills, critical thinking, and management of IV lines, enteral feeding tubes, and invasive drainage devices. Leadership and clinical growth opportunities are supported through education, unit leadership, and shadow experiences in advanced areas.
We’reLooking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and strong communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
