Nurse - Emergency Room Nights

The Emergency Room Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent medical conditions. Working in a fast-paced environment, the ER RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective treatment.

The ER RN applies critical thinking, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices to stabilize patients, manage acute and traumatic conditions, and support patients and families during emergencies. This role requires the ability to prioritize care, respond quickly to changing patient conditions, and maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols. The Emergency Room Staff RN also plays a key role in promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care while supporting the hospital’s mission to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality emergency services to the community.
