Location:

Swedish Hospital Full Time: 36 hours per week

Hours:

Evening shift(3pm-3:30am) w/ rotating weekends
** What you will need****:**
* ** License:
** Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
* *
* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required;
Master’s degree preferred
* ** Certification:
** BLS/CPR certification required
* *
* Experience:

** Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting required;
Prior management experience preferred
** What you will do****:
*** Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
* Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
* Would assume direct patient care if necessary
* Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
* Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
* Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
* Takes lead on clinical performance management
