ResponsibilitiesPosition Highlights:
- Provide exceptional immedate/urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk-in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting.
- Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, minor procedures), and patient education with full scope of practice support.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling

- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant.
- Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice strongly preferred.
