CNA Trainee Program – Clinical Training | Pathway

Henry Rehab and Nursing is offering a CNA Trainee Program designed for individuals interested in building a career in long-term care.

This structured program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical training in a skilled nursing environment. Participants gain real-world experience while working alongside experienced nursing staff.

• Classroom and clinical training included
• Hands-on clinical hours paid at $15.50/hour
• Training schedule: approximately 40 hours per week
• Supportive, team-based learning environment

Participants who successfully complete the program and obtain state certification may be considered for a full-time CNA position with a starting rate of:
$19.50 per hour, plus eligibility for benefits.
