Nurse House Supervisor Nights

What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule:

Full‑time overnights, 6:30 pm – 7:00 am. Working onsite at Pathlight Mood and Anxiety's adult residential facility in Chicago, IL. Active Illinois RN license required.

• Provides oversight to assigned team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees to be effective team members.
• Ensures that everyone is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties.
• Uses established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure that the team’s level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
• Ensures efficient and effective unit operations, including sufficient supplies and staffing adjustments as necessary.
• Assists with scheduling teammates to cover open shifts.
• Completes monthly audits and checklists.
• Ensures unit compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and follows up on incident reports.
• Serves as a resource and primary point of contact regarding clinical questions, policies, and procedures.
• Provides direct patient care as necessary, including assisting teammates with patient care responsibilities such as milieu and crisis management.

• Associate’s degree in nursing (required).
• Unrestricted RN license in the state where assigned (required).
• 1+ year of direct patient care experience (required).
• Attention to detail (required).
• Strong communication skills, ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others (required).

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• 1+ years of supervising others or leading teams (preferred).1+ years of experience treating patients with eating disorders (preferred).

Illinois Pay Range: $42,000 – $51,000 USD per year.
