Contract RN – Operating Room (OR)

Start Date:

06/23/2026 | End Date: 09/22/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week (40 scheduled hours)
• Perform scrubbing and circulating duties in orthopedic, orthopedic trauma, vascular, urology, and general surgery cases
• One 12‑hour on‑call shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Maintain no weekday on‑call obligations
• Adhere to Return‑to‑Office (RTO) policy: maximum 5 days per week with no more than 2 consecutive days; no RTO on weekends, holidays, or the day before/after a holiday

• Registered Nurse with Level 1 Trauma experience
• Proficiency in operating room scrub and circulate responsibilities
• Experience in one or more of the following specialties: orthopedics, orthopedics trauma, vascular, urology, general surgery
• Preferred experience in when available: neurosurgery (crani and spine), open heart/thoracic surgery, ophthalmology, ENT, bariatric surgery, and gynecology
• Preferred local candidate within 75 miles of the facility; local candidates receive a $5 lower base rate

Contractual hours: 91 hours over 13 weeks. Local candidates are encouraged.
