, we're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a wound care nurse

Assess, monitor, and provide treatment for residents with wounds, pressure injuries, and skin integrity concerns
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Document wound assessments, treatments, and resident progress accurately and timely
Educate nursing staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and treatment strategies
Ensure compliance with infection control standards and best practices in wound management
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate findings appropriately
Help promote quality outcomes and enhance residents' comfort and well‑being
Perform additional nursing duties as assigned to support resident care
Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
Experience in wound care or long‑term care preferred, but not required
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented with a resident‑first mindset
