Applicants should have an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse license. Prior RN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As a Registered Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Astoria Place by administering medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will ensure residents are comfortable and safe.

6300 N California Ave, Chicago, IL 60659, in the West Rogers Park neighborhood. The facility is easily accessible via public transportation, with the #93 California/Dodge bus stopping nearby and connecting to the Red Line and Brown Line trains, making commuting simple and convenient.
