Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit Night Shift SIGN ONBONUS

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: RN – ICU;
Full Time, 36 hours per week.

Work Hours:

7 pm – 7:30 am, every other weekend and rotating holidays required.

Required Travel:
None.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of nursing care to patients and their families.
• Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of nursing practice.
• Integrates evidence-based practice and research findings into nursing practice.
• Guides and supervises staff in the provision of patient care.
• Maintains a safe therapeutic working environment and recognizes the need for action in emergency situations.

• Preferred at least one year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and is able to guide and supervise nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on the unit requirements.
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Mastery of nursing skills; ability to guide and supervise nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
