Sign-on bonus: $5000.00 sign-on bonus ½ payable after 90 days of hire and remainder ½ payable after 1 year of employment (internals not included)

Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Center in Chicago IL offers in-person care for a variety of minor illnesses and injuries that need urgent attention but aren't an emergency. Our street address is 9831 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. We are open 7 days a week with current hours of operation Sunday - Saturday 8am-8pm.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred

1st position offers: 10/hr. shift: 10:30am-9:00pm, 4 days a week, including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. May on occasion be requested to come in earlier depending on departmental needs.

2nd position offers: 10/hr. shifts: 7:30am-6:00pm, 4 days a week, including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. May on occasion be requested to come in earlier depending on departmental needs.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
