Responsibilities

Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Experience in managing complex projects with detail orientation and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and professional work ethics.

    Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package in which employees can tailor benefits to fit individual needs. The total rewards package includes paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $35.35 to $53.58. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring based on skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
