Responsibilities

Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.

Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).

Experience in managing complex projects with detail orientation and exceptional organizational skills.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and professional work ethics.

Pay Transparency

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package in which employees can tailor benefits to fit individual needs. The total rewards package includes paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $35.35 to $53.58. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring based on skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
