Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a medical surgical unit. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of Practical Nursing and hold a current license in Illinois. BLS certification is required for this position. The role includes medication administration and adherence to applicable state regulations. Every other weekend availability is required.

Candidates must be flexible and willing to float to various units as needed. RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive days off. No holiday time off, and no time off the day before or after a holiday is permitted. The facility adheres to strict compliance expectations, and candidates must be responsive in meeting deadlines.

Two professional references from recent employers are required prior to starting. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
