Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

Salary range: $40–$50 per hour based on experience. Full‑time RN (3 pm‑11:30 pm). Sign‑on bonus. New graduate RNs welcome. Ranked among "Top 100 Best Psychiatric Hospitals in the Country."

Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit in accordance with the hospital’s philosophy and objectives. Use the nursing process to prescribe, coordinate, and delegate nursing care as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis, promote and enhance professional nursing practice, and authorized to initiate restraints or seclusion. Assess continuation of care.

• Current RN license in Illinois (or eligible to receive/renew)
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Preferred one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting
