Where You Will WorkThe Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) offers a dynamic, flexible practice environment for nurses seeking variety, autonomy, and continued learning. CRU nurses provide care across multiple inpatient departments, allowing them to develop a broad clinical skill set while adapting to diverse patient populations and care settings. The unit supports professional growth through advanced clinical skills, leadership development, certifications, and clinical excellence pathways.
Responsibilities- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
