Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintaining resident comfort, cleanliness, and safety
Providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents
Assisting with restorative and rehabilitative care as directed
Accurately documenting resident care and observations
Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights
Collaborating with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident care
Promoting resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
Current CNA certification
CPR certification preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care
Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality care
Ability to meet standard health and background requirements
