Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Coordinate and manage clinical operations within a designated unit.
• Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Ensure adherence to protocols and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required);
  Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
• Certification:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (required);
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
