Responsibilities
As an experienced practitioner, the Staff Nurse Level II is accountable for providing high quality, individualized, goal directed care for all levels of patients and their families in accordance with the philosophy of the Division of Nursing.
The Float Pool Staff Nurse is a full-time, benefits eligible position with an enhanced pay scale. Float Pool Staff Nurses are required to float across all Swedish Med-Surg units. Float Pool Staff Nurses report to the Clinical Director of the Nursing Administration office, with dual support from the site based clinical nurse manager.
Shift/HoursNight Shift: FT, 36/hrs, 7:00pm - 7:30am
Compensation- Pay
: 1-3 RN years: $44/hr - 3-5 RN years: $50 / hr.
- Greater or equal to 5 RN years: $56/hr
- Sign On Bonus
:$10,000 - Tuition Reimbursement
:
Full-time (0.9 FTE) employees can receive up to 5K per year in tuition reimbursement for approved degree programs.

Current IL RN License. - Certification
:
American Heart Association BLS/CPR Certification. ACLS, PALS, and NRP may be required within 6 months of hire depending on the unit requirements. - Experience
: 1+ years of direct acute patient care RN experience. No New Grads. - Education
:
Associates Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
1+ years of Hospital Med/Surg RN Experience
