Hartgrove Behavioral Health System is a 160‑bed leading psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services for its diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults. Hartgrove Hospital is a state‑of‑the‑art facility offering advanced technologies and programs in behavioral health. The facility offers inpatient, partial, and outpatient services, including the latest educational, therapeutic, and holistic treatment programs.
Our RN provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in accordance with the philosophy of Hartgrove Hospital. Our RN prescribes, coordinates, and delegates nursing care using the nursing process integrated into the multidisciplinary team plan of care. The RN is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit.
The RN is authorized to initiate restraints or seclusion and assess continuation.

Qualifications- Current license to practice nursing in Illinois (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
