Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Part-Time 3rd Shift

Open Roles

• Full‑time role (1.1 FTE) – 12‑hour overnight shift 6 pm – 6 am, rotating weekends
• Full‑time role (1.1 FTE) – 12‑hour day shift 6 am – 6 pm, rotating weekends
• Full‑time role (0.8 FTE) – 8‑hour mid‑shift 11:30 am – 7:30 pm, rotating weekends (Admission Nurse)
• Part‑time role (0.6 FTE) – 8‑hour PM shift 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, rotating weekends
• Part‑time role (0.6 FTE) – 8‑hour overnight shift 10:30 pm – 6:30 am, rotating weekends

Starting Pay: $34 per hour (based on prior experience)

• $2/hour differential for PM/Night shifts
• 10% weekend pay differential for all shifts

• LPN license in good standing in Illinois
• Long‑term care experience (preferred)
• Caring and compassionate nature
• Strong computer skills

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of residents
• Dispense and record all medications accurately
• Carrying out all physician orders accurately
• Ensure appropriate care of residents from CNAs and nurses is delivered
