Pay: LPN: $32.00 - $39.00/hr | RN: $40.00 - $45.00/hr (Competitive rates with flexible daily payment options)

As a Nurse Supervisor RN / LPN
, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure high‑quality patient care.
Key duties:
- Supervision & Leadership: Lead and manage nursing staff on the PM shift to ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Care Coordination: Assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, manage medication distribution, and collaborate with physicians.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine unit rounds, track clinical progress, and ensure flawless documentation in compliance with HIPAA.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the DON, ADON, and Administrator to streamline facility operations and provide ongoing staff education.
- Licensure: Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long‑term care, or related facility required. Experience in inpatient/palliative care preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and electronic charting/computer proficiency.
