Central Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. RNs play an essential role in delivering quality resident care, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered healthcare environment.

- Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Responding appropriately to changes in resident condition
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and nursing staff
- Collaborating with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assisting with care planning, assessments, and resident care coordination
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Supporting resident safety, dignity, and quality of care
- Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and facility procedures
- Current RN license
- CPR/BLS Certification preferred
- Previous nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
- Ability to meet standard health and background requirements
