UI Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Staff Nurse I (Nurse Navigator Maxillofacial) for the Oncology Service. This role uses the nursing process to educate and coordinate timely access to quality health and psychosocial care for patients served by UI Health.
The Nurse Navigator acts as a consistent point of contact, coordinating care, scheduling diagnostics, and guiding patients through complex pathways to improve timeliness of care and patient outcomes within the oncology continuum.
