Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) – Wilson Care in Chicago - Full Time Overnight

Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in Chicago's North Side, has an Immediate Opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time 3rd shift (11p-7a), with Rotating Weekends Required.

Must have nursing experience, preferably in a Mental Health Setting.

Position Available:
Full Time Overnight (11p-7a), Plus Rotating Weekends

$36-$40 per hour* - plus $7,500 Sign on Bonus, paid immediately at $1.80 ph

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of psychiatric patient care and the application of the nursing process
• Administer medication and maintain narcotics report (RN)
• Supervise and lead RSAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Illinois
• Nursing Experience in Long-Term Care, preferable a residential Mental Health facility
• Able to work independently
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders

Wilson Care is a 24/7 facility dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by chronic psychiatric disorders. Located in Uptown Chicago, Illinois, consumers receive treatment in a residential, homelike setting.
