As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
Whatyou will need
- Education:
Bachelors Degree/Nursing Required;
Masters Degree/Nursing or Healthcare Administration Preferred - Certification: BLS from American Heart Association; ACLA from American Heart Association
- Experience:
3 years/Clinical Nursing Experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
