Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician/nurse team in accordance with the designated specialty. Works in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Patient Navigation and Care Coordination.
• Guide patients and families through the cancer care continuum.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, consultations, procedures, and care transitions.
• Perform patient assessments via phone or in person and implement nursing interventions.

• Registered Nurse with experience in oncology or related critical/chronically ill patient care.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adherence to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program.
