Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
- Emergency Department-Evening

Location: Chicago, IL

Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72 per hour

Hours: Evening shift (3:00 PM – 3:30 AM) with rotating weekends; 36 hours per week.

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
• Manage day‑to‑day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
• Assume direct patient care if necessary
• Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
• Guide and direct a team of care‑givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
• Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer‑loyalty skills
• Takes lead on clinical performance management

• Current professional nursing licensure in the state of Illinois
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required;
  Master’s degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting; prior managerial experience preferred
