Smith Crossing’s Nursing Team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide top-quality geriatric care. The role supports ongoing assessments, medication administration, and adherence to physicians’ orders in a long-term care setting.
We require IL RN license in good standing and prefer long-term care experience. Competitive pay starts at $39 per hour with differential and weekend incentives; full-time shifts include 6:00am-6:00pm, 6:00pm-6:00am, and 11:30am-7:30pm with rotating weekends.
