LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPNs) – Wilson Care in Chicago - Full Time Overnight
Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in Chicago's North Side, has an Immediate Opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time 3rd shift (11p-7a), with Rotating Weekends Required.
Must have nursing experience, preferably in a Mental Health Setting.
$36-$40 per hour - plus $7,500 Sign on Bonus, paid immediately at $1.80 ph.
* Hourly rate depends upon which benefit plan is selected.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of psychiatric patient care and the application of the nursing process.
- Administer medication and maintain narcotics report (RN).
- Supervise and lead RSAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois.
- Nursing experience in Long-Term Care, preferable a residential Mental Health facility.
- Able to work independently.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders.
