Job Title: Nurse Supervisor RN / LPN – Weekend Only, 2nd Shift

Location: Complete Care at Sheridan Commons – Chicago, IL

Shift: PM Shift / Second Shift (Weekend Only)

Pay: LPN: $32.00 - $39.00/hr | RN: $40.00 - $45.00/hr (Competitive rates with flexible daily payment options)

• Supervision & Leadership:
  Lead and manage nursing staff on the PM shift to ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Care Coordination:
  Assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, manage medication distribution, and collaborate with physicians.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct routine unit rounds, track clinical progress, and ensure flawless documentation in compliance with HIPAA.

  Work closely with the DON, ADON, and Administrator to streamline facility operations and provide ongoing staff education.

• Licensure:
  Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility required. Experience in inpatient/palliative care preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, communication, and electronic charting/computer proficiency.
