We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Chicago, IL area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!
What You’ll Do- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning
- Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
- Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
- Work independently, but never alone
- Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work
- Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred
- Current driver's license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

Compensation:
The low end of the range includes compensation related to salary and first-year success bonus. The high end of the range is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work that is paid at a premium.
Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
