Paul House & Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Scheduler to join our team. This unique role combines hands‑on resident care with staffing and scheduling coordination to help support smooth daily operations throughout the facility.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate resident care
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
- Assist with preparing and maintaining staff schedules
- Monitor staffing coverage and communicate scheduling needs to leadership
- Track call‑offs and assist with shift replacements as directed
- Communicate with staff regarding schedule updates and coverage needs
- Support staffing coordination to help maintain compliance and continuity of care
- Current Illinois CNA Certification required
- Previous long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
- Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge preferred
- Must meet all healthcare background and health requirements
