Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 (determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors).

  7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday–Friday (4–10 a.m. possibility)

• Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in designated surgical specialties.
• Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources, and staffing.
• Secures, procures, and maintains supplies, equipment, and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care.
• Coordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicates to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas.

• Education: BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program; degree must be acquired within 24 months of hire from an accredited nursing program.
• Certification/License: IL RN license; CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• Experience: Experience in an OR setting; team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking, and effective communication; must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty (unit/specialty specific).
