The Nurse Practitioner utilizes theories of psychosocial, developmental, educational and nursing sciences to facilitate the delivery of this health care. The Nurse Practitioner works inter-dependently with and independently of the multi-disciplinary team.

Major functional areas will include:
Practitioner, consultant, and educator.

* Graduate of an accredited Nursing School
* Graduate of an accredited Post-Graduate Training Program
* Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA registration.
* Bilingual English/Spanish, required.
* At least two years' work experience. Previous experience in a community health center or urgent care setting, desired.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
