Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to residents in a healthcare facility. Responsibilities Include

• Providing licensed nursing care following physician orders and compliance with regulations.
• Conducting resident assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering treatments such as IV therapy and respiratory care.
• Documenting care accurately and ensuring a safe, hazard‑free environment.
• Coordinating with the healthcare team, reporting to families, physicians, and regulatory agencies.
• Implementing and updating care plans, ensuring infection control, and adhering to HIPAA policies.
• Supervising non‑licensed staff as needed and addressing safety concerns promptly.

• Current LPN license and nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication, multi‑tasking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of infection control standards and ability to adapt to flexible work schedules.
• Positive relationship‑building with residents, families, and staff.
