Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN to support patient care delivery on a shift basis. You will coordinate unit operations, supervise staff nurses and support personnel, and lead initiatives to improve care quality and efficiency.
The role requires an Illinois RN license, a baccalaureate degree in nursing, and at least two years in a clinical specialty. Magnet certification is preferred or to be obtained within one year. CPR-BLS is required.
