Chicago (60606) 35year old - -- - G-tube/Trach/Vent case Thursdays and PRN Fridays and all other Saturdays 7pm to 7am- VERY EASY CASE and great family!

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Niklife Home Care Inc. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to children and individuals in their homes, contributing to their comfort and well-being.

• Provide direct nursing care to children with medical complexities in a home setting.
• Assist with physical examinations and monitor patients' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate families on patient care and health management strategies.
• Document patient progress and report any changes in condition promptly.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience working with children or in pediatric nursing preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare software systems such as Axxess is a plus.
