Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and ambulation;
Measure and document blood pressures, heart rate, temperature, respiration, intake and output, daily weights, and other patient data;
Document accurately in Electronic Medical Record;
Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes under RN supervision;
Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as indicated and maintain supplies
