4y/o Male Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am-7pm – $47 / RN, $38 / LPN – Chicago, IL

This position provides 1-on-1 private‑duty nursing care for disabled pediatric and adult patients on G‑tubes, trachs, and vents. The nurse will work in the Chicago area during the specified shift and support patients’ daily needs and medical care.

• Deliver direct nursing care to children and adults using G‑tubes, trachs, and ventilators.
• Manage daily activities, medication administration, and wound care for patients.
• Collaborate with case managers, office staff, and families to ensure quality, personalized care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records during shifts.
• Respond to emergencies and provide timely interventions.

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience as an RN/LPN.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience or willingness to provide care for pediatric patients and home‑health patients.

• Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, or 16‑hour shifts with full‑time, part‑time, or PRN options.
• Competitive hourly pay: $36.00–$47.00 (RN) and $38.00 (LPN).
