Plasma Center Training Supervisor - Sign-On Bonus Eligible

Job Description

5k Sign-On Bonus.

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

• Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
• Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
• Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds, occasional lifting to 50 lb.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required.

Hourly wage range: $26.40 - $36.30. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives and participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 80 hours of sick time and new hires accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
