On Call Hospice RN

Job Description

Express Healthcare Staffing is hiring an On Call Hospice RN that can provide compassionate and comprehensive care to terminally ill patients and their families. This role requires to be 7 days on and 7 days off. This RN will be assessing patient needs, triaging, make visits as needed in their homes, private residences, assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities.

Schedule: 7pm-9am

Requirements:

• IL RN License
• At least 1 year of hospice experience
• CHPN preferred but not required
• Driver License Required
• Car Insurance Required
• Reliable transportation
• 7 days on 7 days off

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $46.00 - $55.00 per hour
