Archer Heights Healthcare is hiring a Part Time Restorative Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team in Chicago. The Restorative Nurse will direct, supervise, and coordinate the Rehabilitation/Restorative Care Program, and complete admission/discharge documentation per policy.
Candidate must hold an active RN or LPN license and a current restorative/rehabilitation certification, with 2-3 years of SNF Restorative Nurse experience; falls management and MDS knowledge are preferred.
