Hartgrove Hospital is looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse for the Nursing Supervisor position!
8 hour-shift (3pm - 11:30pm); including every other weekend.
Rates from $45-$50/hour based on experience! $10,000 sign-on bonus!

The Nursing Supervisor provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff throughout the hospital on week. The Nursing Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to insure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments. This position promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Hartgrove Behavioral Hospital. This supervisor must demonstrate the knowledge and skills required to manage units providing care to a varied population including children and adolescents with mental health issues.

QualificationsEducation:
Graduate from a professional nursing program with an active Illinois RN License in good standing.
Experience:
Three-year prior psychiatric experience in mental health nursing. Previous clinical supervisor role in a psychiatric setting preferred.
Knowledge/
Skills:
Possess knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes, therapeutic relationships and processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavior management, and have CPR training. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is customer focused. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus.
