Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to support a reconstructive plastic surgery clinic. This is a clinic-based position focused primarily on post-operative care, follow-up appointments, patient education, and in-office procedures for reconstructive surgery patients. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, dermatology, or women’s health. This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable performing procedures, working closely with post-surgical patients, and providing detail-oriented and compassionate care.

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to support a reconstructive plastic surgery clinic. This is a clinic-based position focused primarily on post-operative care, follow-up appointments, patient education, and in-office procedures for reconstructive surgery patients.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, dermatology, or women’s health. This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable performing procedures, working closely with post-surgical patients, and providing detail-oriented and compassionate care.
Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 2 days per week, with the possibility of an additional day depending on clinic needs.
Clinic hours generally begin around 9:00 AM and may continue until approximately 5:00 PM. Some scheduling flexibility may be available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct post-operative follow-up visits for reconstructive surgery patients
- Evaluate patient healing and identify potential post-operative concerns
- Provide routine post-surgical care and patient education
- Perform in-office procedures, including tissue expander fills, suture removal, and seroma drainage
- Assist with ultrasound checks related to implants and other clinical needs
- Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient progress
- Communicate patient updates and concerns to the supervising physician
- Provide compassionate support to patients throughout the reconstructive care process
- Assist with patient flow, clinical documentation, and follow-up care coordination
- Perform nipple-areolar tattooing if already trained, or complete training provided by the clinic
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Experience in plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, dermatology, women’s health, or post-operative care strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the supervising physician and clinic team
- Compassionate, organized, and attentive to detail
- Interest in reconstructive plastic surgery and post-operative patient care
Compensation
$58.00–$68.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
