Medical Icu Shift
Medical Icu Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am (includes a 30 min break) Requirements :
- Cover sheet, Resume and Primary Source, skills checklist.
- Full time 3 shifts per week/every other weekend.
- RTO max 5 days with no more than 2 consecutive days/No Holidays.
- No Block scheduling accommodated.
- Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in ICU.
- All resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
Required Credentials:
- Credential
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Saving (American Heart Assoc only)
- Annual Physical Exam
- Background
- BLS Basic Life Saving CPR BCLS (American Heart Association only)
- COVID Immunization/Deferral/Waiver
- Drug Screen
Facility Specific Document
- Immunization
- Flu Shot - Immunization / Titer
- Hep B or Declination - Immunization / Titer - MMR
- Immunization / Titer - TDaP
- Immunization / Titer
- Varicella - Resume OR Application
