This role is perfect for nurses who thrive under pressure, excel in trauma and acute care, and want a contract with consistent hours and strong team support.
Position Highlights- 12-week contract
- Night shift
- Fast-paced ER environment
- Work with a supportive, collaborative clinical team
- Weekly pay + guaranteed hours
- Provide direct emergency and trauma care
- Perform rapid assessments and prioritize patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Active IL RN license
- 2+ years ER experience required
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Strong triage and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations
